Mr. Marr is a thirty year veteran in the real estate development industry. His primary responsibilities today include strategic and financial planning, along with development management for individual projects. Prior to being one of the founding partners of USDG, Mr. Marr served as President of Charter Holdings, Inc., a real estate concern that managed over 8,000,000 square feet of development projects and handled property management for in excess of 7,000,000 square feet of space. In addition, Mr. Marr has served in executive capacities as President of Krupp Development Corporation in Boston, Massachusetts; President of Real Equity Group in St. Petersburg, Florida; Vice President of York Hanover in New York and Senior Vice President of Sea Pines Company in Hilton Head, South Carolina. A graduate of Yale University, Mr. Marr also holds a California real estate broker\u2019s license and is a member of various charitable and civic organizations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Young has three decades of working\non large-scale real estate resort development projects in the United State of\nAmerica as well as South Korea. The projects involved includes extensive experiences\nin grand scale oversea area resort development and the experienced projects are\nas follow;<\/p>\n\n\n\n
*Busan Haeundae Resort Project\nwhich involve one 101story-high and two 80 story-high mega buildings resort\nproject including mega shopping center which require 30 billion US dollars. He\nis extensively working with Tuner Construction and KPF in New York as a project\nmanagement. He has worked with Westgate group and Samuel & Company Inc. who\nworked for LA Live! Project.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
*Dong Busan Resort Development\nproject involve 200 acre of prime ocean land around major city of Busan with\nPrime golf Courses, Major Hotels, Aquarium, and upgraded Condominium. He worked\nwith Trump-World as well as Westgate also for this project.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
*Busan Free Trade Zone Development\ninvolved major resort projects include Commercial, Golf Courses, Casino as well\nas Condominium.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
*Lake\nLas Vegas In Nevada , PGA West in Palm Springs, California.\n\nPrior to joining Development, Mr. Shin was served as\nPresident of US Development Group in Seoul Korea for last ten years. His\ndevelopment background includes both commercial and residential resort\nprojects. Young hold a B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering from Hong ik\nUniversity Seoul. Korea.\n\n\n\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Bill has more than thirty years of experience in managing\nlarge scale construction projects. He has worked in senior management\ncapacities for both the Jacobs and Swinerton organizations. Bill possesses\nexceptional skills in developing,
\ntracking and maintaining project schedules and budgets. He is responsible for\nsupervising all construction management personnel for USDG. Bill holds a B.S.\ndegree in Building Construction from the University of Washington, along with a\nMBA.\n\n\n\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Raffaele has had over 30 years of experience in the hospitality industry working for major global hotel chains such as Starwood, Inter-Continental, and Hilton Worldwide. His responsibilities included managing, training, operations, sales, and marketing. Overachiever in surpassing sales quotas on annual basis. Integrating new marketing programs with internal and external stakeholders. Raffaele has maintained ties to the hotel industry through networking groups while currently employed in both the telecom and beauty products industry. Raffaele holds a Major in Business Administration from California State University Long Beach, CA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
A graduate of the University of Virginia School of Law, Charles practiced law with the Hirschler Fleischer law firm in Richmond, Virginia. Subsequent to that, he has worked the past five years directly in the real estate field, serving as both general counsel and head of operations for Charter Holdings. In this capacity, he oversaw the daily operations of all properties, including being responsible for the supervision of more than two hundred staff members and multiple third party consultants. As General Counsel, Charles coordinated all work with a variety of outside legal firms involved in the firm\u2019s development activities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Erika has worked for ten years in all aspects of real estate marketing and public relations. She is responsible for the design and execution of all marketing programs for USDG, including website development, public relations, communications platforms and major events. Erika is responsible for the creation and monitoring of budgets for all marketing programs. She is a graduate of Tufts University with a Masters Degree from the University of Texas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Denise brings fifteen years of real estate and related experience to USDG. She is currently managing more than five million square feet of space ranging from retail assets to high rise office buildings. Denise has both her RPA and FMA designations and is an active member of BOMA. She works closely with vendors, tenants and third party companies to ensure that all properties operate efficiently and consistent with owner approved budgets.
